Job Descriptions
1.บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและซ่อมแซมอย่างครอบคลุมสำหรับเครื่องเจียร, เครื่องจักร CNC,เครื่องศูนย์ 5 แกนและวินิจฉัยแก้ไขปัญหาทางไฟฟ้า,อิเล็คทรอนิกส์และเครื่องกลที่ซับซ้อน
2.แก้ไขปัญหาไฟฟ้าและอิเล็คทรอนิกส์ แผงวงจรควบคุม
3.เขียนโปรแกรมและแก้ไขปัญหา PLC ของเครื่องจักร CNC และดำเนินการสำรองและกู้คืนโปรแกรม PLC
4.วางแผนและดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันที่คลอบคลุมอุปกรณ์ CNC ทั้งหมด
5. บำรุงรักษาและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบอุปกรณ์ CNC เช่น เครื่อง Fanus,Siemen,Heidenhain
Qualifications
- Bachalor's degree in Electrical Engineer,Electrical Technology or release filed.
- age 25-35 yeas old.
- Proven expenrince in maintaining and repair CNC machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems,including servo systems and VFDs.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g. Fanuc,Sieman,Allen-Bradly).
- Experience with CNC control system(e.g.Fanuc,Sieman,Heidenhain).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic and technical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance principle.
