- Maintain and support the company’s computer systems - Manage and monitor network systems and servers to ensure efficient performance - Install, repair, and troubleshoot IT-related issues, including hardware and software - Ensure IT security, firewall management, and data backup solutions - Collaborate with teams and relevant departments to provide IT support

Qualifications

Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration
Strong knowledge of server management, firewall security, and data backup solutions
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network management
Good communication and teamwork skills
