Job Descriptions

- Coordinate and provide support for sales and customer orders between the sales team, production team, transportation team, and relevant parties. - Be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, messages, and efficiently carrying out tasks to ensure work is completed. - Verify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of both incoming and outgoing work data, and regularly organize and file related documents. - Monitor the status of tasks within the timeline, collaborate with relevant parties, and immediately inform stakeholders of any changes. - Follow up on the payment status for products and coordinate with the sales team. - Prepare sales documents, invoices, billing documents, and other required paperwork daily as scheduled. - Plan and coordinate with external departments to arrange for product delivery to customers within the specified timeline. - Analyze sales data to propose production plans for management's review and approval. - Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Analysis.
Experience in customer-facing for delivery updates, delivery escalations, and project coordination.
Work under high pressure
Good interpersonal skills, able work well with people from different cultures and fields of job.
Able to Work From Home on Saturday
