Job Descriptions• Coordinate with all relevant parties in creation of new supplier/ vendor code in customer system, collecting require opening documents and ensure necessary setup in customer system to start order to replenish to store
• Coordinate with all relevant parties in opening new stores, collecting new store opening documents, delivering ice cream freezers, and coordinating ice cream delivery of new store open according to the agreed schedule with the customer
• Coordinate with relevant parties in case of problems arising from the daily delivery, such as delay delivery, store refusing to accept products, freezers being full, or stores being closed
• Coordinate with trade asset team if there is a problem with the freezer, such as finding a broken freezer, freezer M&R requirement or needing to replace new freezer
• Provide basic communicate with customers in the area of order status enquiry, daily delivery schedule, basic operation issue(refusal), basic product information enquiry
• Provide analysis on order frequency, minimum order, order replenishment (if needed)
