Job Descriptions
• Teach clients how to use the system via Online/Onsite meeting
• Create and update manuals
• Monitoring phone calls & emails (during work hours)
• Support to create applications for customers (No code programming)
• Follow-up after-sales the system usage after the customer signs the contract via email or phone.
• Supporting the sales team about the system, for example, helping to advise on the use of various applications.
• Create frequent reviews and report to supervisor.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in any filed.
- Service mind, interpersonal, solving problem and good communication skills
- Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge
- Able to use computers fluently
- Proficient in English for internal and external communication is a plus
