Job Descriptions
1. งานต้อนรับส่วนหน้า และบริการลูกค้า
2. Check-in / Check-out , ขายห้องพัก รับจองห้องพัก
3. รับจองห้องพักให้กับลูกค้า ตรวจสอบห้องพัก
4. ให้คำแนะนำ ดูแลลูกค้าในการเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ
5. รับผิดชอบงานเอกสาร และประสานงานภายในองค์กร
6. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป หรือในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานบริการส่วนหน้าจากโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 1 - 2 ปี
- บุคคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีความอดทนและสามารถรับแรงกดดันในการทำงานได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์
