Job Descriptions
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Issues POs based on purchase requirement in ERP system.
2) Ensure OTD by daily monitoring the delivery status with suppliers, periodical meetings and on site visits.
3) Identify and foresee delivery risk such as -supplier capacity/potential quality issues
4) Coordinate with quality/warehouse/finance teams to make sure all order well receives and qualified.
5) Understand stones market, can develop new supplier and negotiate the cooperation terms
6) Can do the selecting and stone matching
7) Evaluate supplier’s QCDS performance monthly.
8) Continuously improving by work together with supplier on CAPA creation and implementation.
Qualifications
- Bechelor Degree
- Major in English, marketing
- 3-5years working experience in manufacture industry
- 3 years up sourcing and purchasing
- 2 year up in the jewelry industry
- Be familiar with ruby/sapphire/emerald/diamond/findings/packages
- Can speak English and Chiness
- Excellent communication skills
