Job Descriptions
•Develop, implement and monitor safety policies, procedures and programs to prevent accidents and injuries •Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards •Provide training program and guidance to employees on workplace safety best practices •Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence •Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations and standards •Collaborate with management and employees to foster a strong safety culture within the organization •Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and incident reporting
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a related occupational health and safety role
  2. Thorough knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices, particularly in the manufacturing sector
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
  4. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  5. Can communicate in English will be advantaged
