Job Descriptions

• Provide legal advice and dispute resolution guidance to clients. • Provide legal representation in civil, criminal, and other litigation proceedings. • Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents. • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. • Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations. • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal risks and options. • Stay updated on legal developments and precedents affecting litigation cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
Must possess a Thai Lawyer License.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Dispute Resolution or Litigation.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, evidence rules, and court regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Open to all genders, aged 25 – 35 years old.
