✅ Market Expansion & External Partnerships
Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
Develop influencer marketing programs to enhance brand credibility and audience reach.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand expansion.
✅ Brand Activation & Event Planning
Plan and oversee brand activations, booth setups, and promotional events.
Collaborate with vendors, designers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
