The Chemical Cleaning Division Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all operations related to chemical cleaning services and ensure that chemical cleaning services activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This role requires effective leadership, strong technical knowledge, and excellent project management skills to deliver high-quality services to clients. - Lead and manage the chemical cleaning division, overseeing operational and ensuring smooth execution of all chemical cleaning projects and activities both in Thailand and Oversea. - Manages activities and supervises team involved in the department operations. Assures the process, production requirements and product quality expectations and customer needs are met. - Coordinate with clients/related parties in proposing services provided. Provision of operational and technical matters, kick off meeting and considering the work related. - Ensure Decontamination, Chemical Cleaning and Oil Flushing activities are well managed and executed efficiently. - Support Chemical Blending facilities for safe and efficient operation, documentation and manage manpower. - Ensure good coordination and collaboration with Sale, Contacts & Estimating and other divisions in Operations department. - Review project proposals to ensure resources optimization to maximize win rate and margin. - Prepare and manage project budgets to minimize overhead cost and maximize productivity. - Plan, schedule, and supervise chemical cleaning activities at various project sites, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Manage and train a team of chemical cleaning professionals, ensuring their continuous development and competency. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Ensure all chemical cleaning materials, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and comply with safety stan

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or related fields.
At least 7 years’ experience in maintenance services, steel structural, piping with Running Plants and New Project Pre-commissioning, equipment in the petrochemical, oil & gas process both Onshore and Offshore such as Heat Exchangers, Fin-fan Coolers, Reactors, Columns, Vessels, Furnaces/Fire Heaters, Waste Heat Boilers, Tanks, Pumps/Compressors, with a focus on chemical cleaning services, decontamination and Oil Flushing.
Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of chemical cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
Familiarity with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations under pressure.
