Job Descriptions
1.Collaboration with Hiring Managers - Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements. - Provide guidance on best hiring practices and market trends. - Ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal demand department. 2.Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. 3.Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Selection Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Call, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and culture fit. - Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers. 4.Candidate Experience & Onboarding - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Coordinate background checks and offer negotiations. - Assist with the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires. 5.Market Trends - Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices. - Recommend innovative strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness. - Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives. 6.Talent Management & Development - Lead recruitment for critical roles in business units (e.g., mid-to-senior level talent acquisition), coordinating resources to achieve talent acquisition goals. - Drive the full performance management cycle (goal setting, evaluation, feedback, and improvement), supporting business leaders in enhancing team performance. - Identify high-potential employees, design individualized development plans (IDPs), and collaborate with training teams to create development pathways. 7.Data Analysis & Decision Support - Regularly produce HR analytical reports (e.g., turnover rate, employee productivity, talent structure), providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Monitor HR
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
  3. xperience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  4. Experience working in a multinational or Chinese company is an advantage.
  5. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both speaking and listening) and English.
  6. Ability to manage multiple job openings and work with tight deadlines.
  7. Experience conducting interviews in Chinese and English.
