Job Descriptions
- รับสายโทรศัพท์จากลูกค้าและผู้ที่ติดต่อเข้ามาและโอนสายให้กับแผนกขายในบริษัท รวมถึงการจัดคิวการโทร
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้า บริการ หรือข้อมูลพื้นฐานของบริษัท
- บริหารจัดการตารางนัดหมายของลูกค้า สำหรับการเข้ารับบริการหรือรับสินค้า
- จัดเก็บสถิติการต่อสาย-รับสายทั้งหมดของบริษัทสรุปยอดทุกสิ้นเดือน
- เก็บข้อมูลการติดต่อของลูกค้ารายใหม่
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง เพศชาย LGBT+ อายุ 20-35 ปี
- จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวส.ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีใจรักงานบริการ พูดจาฉะฉาน คล่องแคล่ว มีบุคลิกที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการพูดเจราจาที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้ดี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
