Job Descriptions- Working closely with the head to develop business synergies to maximize business revenue and assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Managing the entire sales process, from proposal preparation, agreement signing, CRM maintenance, sales fulfillment, and after-sales follow-up, to keeping all data and documents updated.
- Monitoring clients' performance against business plans and developing alternative strategies when needed.
- Regularly collecting and analyzing market information to identify potential sales leads, and proposing marketing plans and strategies to target these leads.
- Communicating and working closely with counterparts and cross-departmental teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all planned and ad-hoc work.
- Being able to travel domestically within Thailand, or to China and other overseas locations as required.
Qualifications - University degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales; experience in the oil, aviation, logistics, or shipping industries will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with solid business acumen and numerical skills to drive sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
- Team-oriented, positive, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Be a self-motivator who drives initiatives forward with limited resources, embracing the corporate values and culture of the organization.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel. and PowerPoint.
- Have strong written and verbal English skills; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
