Job Descriptions
1.Establish and improve relevant systems, processes and work standards of the ME department and supervise their implementation.
2.Prepare annual, monthly and weekly work plans for the department in accordance with the annual work objectives and plans of the Engineering Department, organize the implementation of the plans and control the overall progress.
3.Organize the selection, appointment and management of ME personnel, collect employee performance data and conduct regular assessments.
4.Organize system process and job skills training for ME personal and provide guidance and supervision for daily work.
5.Organize workshop ME personnel to improve equipment and processes, handle production anomalies in a timely manner, formulate foolproof countermeasures and carry out parallel operations.
6.Responsible for the design, introduction, acceptance, maintenance and daily management of equipment and tools, and continuously improve the equipment utilization rate.
7.Responsible for the introduction of automated equipment and its improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
- Under 45 years old, college degree or above; major in mechanical, mold, electromechanical, or related majors more than 5 years of working experience in the small appliance industry;
- Responsible for new product project management, FMEA (D/F), fault reproduction and improvement, technical document management (ERP/PLM system operation).
- Proficient in project management, strong awareness of cost control and innovation, strong overall concept and service awareness.
- Be proficient in using 2D and 3D drafting software and be familiar with processes and tooling design of the small household appliance industry, master and applying basic methods of process cost reduction.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, honesty and trustworthy, courage to make decisions and take responsibility, strong principles, strong communication skills, organizational coordination skills and team leadership.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
