Job Descriptions1. Accounting & Finance Tasks
Issue invoices, billing, and follow up on customer payments
Record and verify accounting documents such as receipts and tax invoices
Prepare expense reports and summarize basic budgeting data
Coordinate with the accounting department or external accounting firms
2. Administrative & HR Tasks
Manage employee documents, including employment contracts, personnel records, and leave tracking
Coordinate employee benefits such as social security and provident fund
Process payroll data and submit it for accounting review
Oversee general office administrative tasks
3. Procurement & Stock Management
Handle purchasing of office supplies and verify supplier quotations
Monitor stock levels and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing and delivery follow-ups
Qualifications - Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, or administration
- Proficiency in basic accounting software such as Excel, Peak
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities with high accountability
