Job Descriptions
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and seek new opportunities for partnerships. - Ensure timely procurement of stock while managing inventory levels efficiently. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain product quality. - Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to meet restaurant needs and ensure compliance with food safety standards. - Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports. - Track and resolve any supplier issues related to delivery, pricing, or quality. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procurement policies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the restaurant or food industry.
  3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of food safety standards and supplier evaluation processes.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  7. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
