Job Descriptions
Job Summary • Coordinate the arrangement of visas, work permits, airline tickets, and shuttle buses for expat employees, including company visitors. • Ensure the procurement and support of all office supplies and stationery for factory use. • Supervise and schedule the company's drivers. • Coordinate with local governments on company-related matters. • Collect invoices from service providers such as water, electricity, telephone, and document delivery, etc. and coordinate with the finance department on payments. • All other tasks assigned by the supervisor. • This position requires a professional, positive attitude, and a flexible person. Responsibilities • Organize and control administration area including office equipment, drinking water and stationery, employee’s uniforms enough for works and good condition. • Organize and control of all validity of company/employees documents and any fee. • Organize and control communication, post, broadcast, information including to take care customer/visitors for flight bookings and transportation. • Performs general work for administration and ensure the process is according to the documented procedures. • Co-operate, support and assist with departments regarding administration and emphasize teamwork to the concern departments and HR. • All phone calls should be answered within a reasonable amount of time. • Directs caller to destination or records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon, if not available. • At all times, the reception desk must project a professional image to visitors and callers. • Greets all visitors and responds to their needs in a immediately. • Provide the charge of closing front office at and of the day. • Schedule and maintain readiness of conference room. • Service equipment- faxes, phones, etc and Postage meter- postage-on call. • Centralize to send document between factory – head office. • Other assignment/tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR/Administration and office management in manufacturing environment.
  3. Basic knowledge of labor law and labor relations law.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  6. Honesty and Integrity.
  7. Self-motivated, Initiative, Good team player.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office.
  9. Able to communication in English. (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
  10. Monday to Friday at 08.00 – 17.00 (5 days/week)
