Job Descriptions
•Oversee and manage all warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. •Conduct regular inventory counts, including physical and cycle counts, to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies. •Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment and minimize accidents. •Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. •Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness. •Manage and coordinate transportation activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. •Utilize SAP system effectively for warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation planning.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations management and logistics, preferably within a supervisor’s experience.
  3. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management principles, and transportation logistics.
  4. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken) is essential to communicate effectively.
  5. Experience in conducting inventory counts (physical and cycle counts) and maintaining inventory accuracy.
