Job Descriptions• Be the key contact person for any kind of issue related to customer products.
• Provide high quality services to meet customer and partner’s expectations.
• Constantly follow the customer requirements, be a professional customer and partner representative.
• Plan, manage and monitor the activities related to his customer. Product supervision, follow up break points.
• In case of quality problem at host, ensure to investigate together with a host engineer in details and try to avoid to release an official QR.
• Prepare investigation reports in case of nonconformities and try to protect customer from any additional quality cost, quality issue.
• Prepare work instructions, non – conformity analyses, work out actions in case of containment activities.
• Attend on host meetings as customer representative and present 8D or other action plans in case required.
• Attend on customer meeting for new changing on customer products.
