Job Descriptions
· Ensuring production processes are in standard and escalate to Rx Process Engineer when findings abnormal. Included perform the technical operations (Ex. Machine calibrations, Microscope analysis, etc,…)
· Working in a close relationship with the co-functional department to maintain or improve product quality within manufacturing standards.
· Maintaining a good condition of tooling link with process included clean and safe working area by company policy and procedure.
· Identifying areas of production that can be improved.
· Operating in terms of installing, basic level repairing, replacing and service for different systems and equipment.
· Support Rx Process engineers in terms of all parameter process control, data for analysis and special job assignment included audit Production for all standards (ex. PCP, SOP, DO & DON’T).
· Troubleshoot process, defects and equipment when problems occur. And propose preventive actions.
· Complying with the local and group policies.
· Complying with the ISO certifications and other group systems.
· Contribute to the external/internal audits.
Qualifications
- · Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in process technician or related field.
- · Diploma of education in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrials.
- · A passion for manufacturing business with background of process technical skill.
- · Willingness to work with routine and non-routine work hours when required.
- · Good communication skills and ability work by motivate and proactive attitude.
- · Ability to work shift, overtime and possibly night.
- · Comfortable to work under pressure with good adaptability.
- · Good analytical and observational skills.
- · Operation skill of appliance parts is preferred.
- · Basic level with the Microsoft Office suite.
