Job Descriptions
What You’ll Do: - Learn how to identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for different roles. - Manage the full recruitment cycle–from posting job openings to negotiating job offers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and match them with the right talent. - Keep track of top talent and maintain an active database for future opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. - Utilize modern recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, or keen to learn to use them. No prior experience? No problem! We welcome recent graduates who are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to grow.
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus, but not required).
  2. A strong desire to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
  3. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  4. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
