Job Descriptions
Job Description: -Learning curve: New joiners. -M/C setter certifications program. -Other license program in terms of technical. -Training materials & media. -Skills certification & technical training project. -Nativity program. -Training preparation activities. -Training repost & budget submission with DSD -6 Working day Monday to Saturday (8.00 am. – 5.00 pm.) Welfare and Benefits: -Overtime allowance -Diligent Allowance of 1,100 THB -Minimum bonus of 2 months -Meal allowance -Group Insurance -Social security -Training and seminar Annual trip or party -Smart Point (Monthly reward) -ทำงานที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู เขตส่งออก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า BTS สายสีเขียว สถานีเคหะฯ -มีรถรับส่งเส้นทางหลักสายสุขุมวิท บางนา แพรกษา เทพารักษ์ ศรีนครินทร์ กิ่งแก้ว
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or related field.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Training & Development.
  3. Experience in a manufacturing industry, particularly toy manufacturing.
  4. Ability to design and implement technical training programs related to machinery operation, quality control (QC), and workplace safety.
  5. Basic English skill is needed.
