Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Good Level of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with hotel partners and suppliers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Contracting, Sales, or Hotel/Tourism industry
- Strong analytical skills foe evaluating hotel rates, allotments, and market trends
- Familiarity with the tourism industry, hotel contracting processes, and market trends in Russia & CIS
- Understanding of static and dynamic hotel contracts, including rate structures, availability and conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Team player with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners
- Willingness to travel for hotel inspections, negotiations and business meeting
- Proactive approach with problem-solving skills and a result-driven mindset
