Work Time: 8 hours 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday Reporting Line: Production Supervisor |Job Description|: 1. Production plan execution - Arrange daily tasks for the team according to the production plan to ensure timely and accurate completion of production targets. - Monitor production progress and adjust resources (manpower, equipment, materials) in a timely manner to respond to unexpected issues. 2. Quality Management - Supervise the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards and reduce the rate of defective products. - Analyze the causes of quality abnormalities and promote improvement measures. 3. Personnel Management - Responsible for scheduling, attendance, performance evaluation, and skill training of team members. - Motivate employees, create a team collaboration atmosphere, and handle employee conflicts. 4. Equipment and Site Management - Supervise the daily inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure its normal operation. - Implement 6S management to maintain a clean, orderly and safe production site. 5. Cost control - Monitor material usage, reduce waste, and lower production costs. - Propose efficiency optimization suggestions to improve resource utilization. 6. Safety Management -Strictly implement safety operating procedures to prevent work-related accidents. - Organize safety training, regularly identify and rectify hidden dangers. 7. Cross-function coordination - Communicate with departments such as planning, warehousing, and quality to ensure smooth production processes. - Provide feedback on abnormal production information and promote rapid resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Experience: Over 2 years of frontline production experience in automotive industry and over 1 year of team management experience.
Technical Capability: Familiar with production process flow, equipment operation, and industry quality standards (such as IATF16949).
Problem solving: Quickly identify the cause of production abnormalities and propose solutions.
Communication and Coordination: Skilled in communicating with employees and across departments, expressing oneself clearly.
Stress Adaptibility: Adapt to shift work, high-intensity work, and handle emergency situations properly.
Education: Vocational school or above
