Job Descriptions
1. Analyze the bad causes of TOP items every day, and check the process and risk points. 2. Major anomalies, lead the analysis of adverse causes, formulate DOE for verification, and follow up the verification results. Prepare analysis report. 3. Analyze the leading causes of poor customer inspection and output the analysis report. 4. Write FA analysis disassembly process and product maintenance manual. 5. Technical training of production line maintenance technicians and technical support for difficult products.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics, automation or related
  2. 3 years experience or more in Failure Analysis with Battery.
  3. Failure Analysis of 3C or lithium battery products in large electronic factories
  4. Proficient in using related tools oscilloscope, multimeter and electric soldering iron.
  5. Be able to read the schematic diagram of the circuit and quickly find out the root cause.
  6. Can be working for analysis and report.
