Job Descriptions
Industry: Textile Working day: Mon - Fri (2 Sat/Month) Job details: • Develop and manage production plans to align with sales forecasts and inventory levels. • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries. • Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination. • Analyze production efficiency and implement process improvements. • Independently assess factory operations, analyze performance, and proactively propose and execute improvement strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Prepare reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  2. Have experience in production planning related work
  3. Knowledge of production planning, production improvement and inventory management.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes.
  6. Understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.
  7. Experience in a manufacturing environment
