Job Descriptions•Assist the company in applying for BOI-related investment incentives, including tax exemptions, land usage, etc.
•Follow up on the progress of BOI applications, promptly address any issues, and ensure that all applications are approved smoothly.
•Prepare and submit relevant reports, such as BOI project progress reports, annual reports, etc., ensuring their accuracy and timeliness
•AP, AR, GL, Asset Administrative support, as well as completing the accounting cycle process and issuing annual financial reports (FS, BS)
•Manage the daily administrative tasks to ensure timely payment & compliance adherence.
•Tasks include filing of receipt and invoice documents, mail sorting and tracking, document archiving, retrieval of claims, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
•Audit support includes retrieving documents, management of filings, and document archiving.
•Manage the withholding tax certificate (Pnd.1, Pnd.3, Pnd.53), PP.36, and Value Added Tax (VAT) administrative tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information before delivered to the Revenue Department.
•Record input VAT from the tax invoice to rely on the tax compliance and adherence to local statutory requirements and complete.
