สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน : โครงการ Villa Pasak Soi 8
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. นำเสนอการขายโครงการ
2. ประสานนายหน้าเพื่อเยี่ยมชมโครงการ
3. ทำนัดลูกค้าที่สนใจมาเยี่ยมชมโครงการ
4. ตอบแชทลูกค้า, ลงเวลาทำนัด , ให้การบริการข้อมูลและ พรีเซ้นต์ข้อมูลโครงการวิลล่า , ติดตามลูกค้า และ ปิดการขายได้
5. ทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย
6. ร่วมประสานงาน ช่วยลูกค้าเช็ค ดีเฟค และส่งมอบบ้านให้ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ
เพศ : หญิง
อายุ(ปี) : 30 ปีขึ้นไป
ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 5 ปี ขึ้นไป

2. มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานบริการ
3. ทำงานเป็นทีมเวิร์คได้
4. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้

6. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกษได้ดี คล่องแคล่ว*

Job Details
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: Villa Pasak Soi 8 Project
💰 Salary: 30,000-45,000 THB (Based on experience) + Commission (Negotiable)
Responsibilities
1. Present and sell the project to potential buyers.
2. Coordinate with agents for project viewings.
3. Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit the project.
4. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, schedule appointments, provide project details, follow up with clients, and close sales.
5. Prepare necessary sales-related documents.
6. Assist customers with defect checks and house handovers.
Qualifications
• Gender: Female
• Age: 30 years and above
• Education: Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Skills & Attributes:
• Responsible and honest
• Positive attitude toward customer service
• Team player
• Willing to work overtime
• Committed to customer and company satisfaction
• Proficient in English (Fluent communication required)
• Well-groomed, polite, and service-minded
