Job Descriptions•Plan and coordinate tooling production schedules
•Monitor and manage carbide rod inventory, ensuring proper issuance, traceability, and stock level control.
•Coordinate and track monthly in-house tool orders from overseas and Thailand
•Liaise with Toolroom, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments to forecast tool demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
•Maintain accurate documentation for tooling BOMs, technical drawings, inventory records, incoming shipments, and job orders.
•Collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics teams to manage lead times and follow up on outstanding materials.
•Support the implementation and ongoing operation of a Toolroom control system for planning, stock control, and job tracking.
•Monitor tooling usage and assist in lifecycle management, including planning for refurbishment or replacement.
•Identify and address issues that may impact tooling readiness or production continuity.
•Support continuous improvement projects related to tooling performance, cost efficiency, and supply coordination.
•Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and workplace safety protocols.
