1.ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการในการวางแผนงานการผลิตและเก็บเกี่ยว 2.รวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ในฟาร์ม เช่น โรค แมลง อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.จัดทำแผนงานโครงการ งบประมาณในแต่ละโครงการ บริหารค่าใช้จ่ายภายในฟาร์ม 4.ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานและคอยประสานงาน 5.จัดทำรายงานสรุปผล และรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา
