Job Descriptions
Imports & exports: •Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. •Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. •Process customer orders and coordinate with production/warehouse teams for order picking and packing. •Ensure on-time delivery of orders and track shipment status. •Analyze transportation data, such as delivery times, costs, and carrier performance. •Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve logistics processes. •Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork. •Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. •Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize operations. •Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and suppliers. •Address customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues. •Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. •Coordinates with BOI official to minimize import duty for machinery, raw material, and spare parts. Customers •Coordinates relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of new models’ PPAP schedule. •Responsible for preparing and receiving customers’ visits for process audits and the following preparation and implementation of action plans. •Interface with customer’s SDE for meeting requirements from the customer end regarding quality assurance and control. •Organize team meetings with relevant departments to analyze defects root cause, set up target defect rate and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Interface with quality department from parent company for quality judgement, quality feedback and resolve of quality issues.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply chain, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in logistics planning and operations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
  5. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
