Job Descriptions
1. ช่วยตรวจรับ, ลง และจัดเก็บสินค้าให้เรียบร้อย และปลอดภัย 2. ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติสินค้าที่ส่งออกให้ลูกค้าให้ตรงกับเอกสารการจ่ายสินค้าออกจากคลัง 3. บรรจุสินค้า ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของจำนวนสินค้าและที่อยู่ของใบจ่าหน้า (Label) ให้ถูกต้องตรงกับบิลและติดจ่าหน้าลงที่กล่องสินค้าให้เรียบร้อย 4. จัดส่งสินค้าตามรายการจัดส่ง และบันทึกลงในระบบเอกสารให้ถูกต้องตามระบบ 5. สรุปยอดรายงานสินค้าคงเหลือประจำวัน ประจำเดือนและประจำปี ส่งแผนกบัญชีและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยทุกประการ เช่น Customer Service ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายผลิต และบัญชี เป็นต้น 7. ตรวจสอบและสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์และวัสดุที่จำเป็นสำหรับการบรรจุสินค้า 8. ดูแลและรักษาความสะอาดพื้นที่ในการทำงานตามเขตรับผิดชอบให้เรียบร้อย 9. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  2. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ และ MS Office ได้คล่อง
  3. อดทน ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ มีวินัย มีความกระตือรือร้น รักความก้าวหน้า
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานคลังสินค้า 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
