Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in IT support.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good attitude with service-mind.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of windows server , DHCP , DNS , Firewall , Antivirus
