Job Descriptions
-Recording Account Payable and preconforming reconciliations related to accounts payable.
-Responsible for tax invoice documents and tax filing.
-Maintain accurate records in the general ledger (GL) related to accounts payable.
-Assist in preparing the monthly input Vat report and withholding tax report and filling to RD (PND.3,53)
-Issue withholding tax certificate and reconciliation.
-Handing month-end and year-end closing related to accounts payable.
-Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable process and transactions.
-Any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in account.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
