Job Descriptions
- Recruitment of both domestic and foreign workers. - Immigration Management of foreign workers. - Manage the entire visa and work permit application process for foreign workers. - Stay up-to-date on all changes in Thai immigration laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit accurate and complete application packages to relevant government agencies. - Liaise with the Immigration Department, Department of Employment, and other relevant authorities. - Advise clients and employee on immigration requirements and procedures. - Maintain accurate records of all visa and work permit applications and statuses. - Handle any issue or delays related to immigration applications. - Process and manage dependent visas
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field (prefered)
  2. Strong understanding of Thai immigration laws and regulations.
  3. HR experience, preferably in generalist role.
  4. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  5. Strong communicate and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  7. Proficiency in Thai and English (Write and Spoken).
