Job DescriptionsWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive person to join our team. You will help our Director with daily tasks, make calls to new and existing clients, handle office errands, and keep track of important information. You will also manage our day-to-day expenses and help issue petty cash vouchers.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Clients: Reach out to new and existing clients by phone or email.
Director Support: Schedule meetings, organize files, and handle daily tasks for the Director.
Office Errands: Take care of basic office tasks like greeting visitors and running errands.
Purchasing & Sales Tracking: Help record and update purchasing and sales information.
Document Preparation: Assist with creating reports and documents.
Expense Management: Enter daily expenses into spreadsheets and issue petty cash vouchers.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role (Administration, Personal Assistant, Sales, Procurement, Office Support).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Computer Skills: Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Soft Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, and time management. Comfortable solving problems on your own.
