Job Descriptions• Handle Inquiry for air/sea import & export shipment
• Finding cost from liner, vendor, airline, customs brokerage and oversea agent
• Handling daily task (follow up shipment, update status to customer, tracking vessel, issue quotation, etc.)
• Coordinate with customers - oversea after selling done.
• Arrange shipments
• Other assigned by Manager
• Coordinate with all concern parties if there is problem of the shipments
• Do the report both of Company & Customer by completed detail or as per customer requirement
• Can work under pressure
• Arrange shipment as requested by sales/customer and overseas agent or as assigned
Qualifications - Male or Female 23-26 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related fields
- 0-3 years’ experience in sale support, customer service from international freight forwarding (New graduate are welcome)
- Good command in English (Spoken & Written)
- Background knowledge in import-export process
- Basic skill in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Service mind, good communication, coordination and negotiation skills
