Job Descriptions- Overseeing all operational aspects of fulfillment, controlling, and managing inventory and logistics.
- To manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts and/or deadstock.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity.
- Provide training to new and existing staff on warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coaching and managing the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
- Report and investigate any incidents, accidents, or near-miss events.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to address discrepancies.
- Work closely with the inventory control team to manage stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Coordinate with purchasing and merchandising teams to facilitate smooth inventory replenishment.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency and manages operational goals.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives within the warehouse.
