•Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
รับสินค้า คัดแยกประเภทสินค้า จัดเก็บสินค้า จัดส่งและรับประกันคุณภาพของสินค้า โดยมุ่งหวังเพื่อบรรลุความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในระดับสูง
•Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
วัดผลและรายงานประสิทธิผลของกิจกรรมต่างๆภายในคลังสินค้า และผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน
•Supervise employees, put worker safety as a top priority
ให้คำแนะนำ ดูแลพนักงาน ให้ความปลอดภัยต่อพนักงานเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุด
•Determine staffing levels and assign workload
กำหนดความต้องการพนักงาน และการมอบหมายหน้าที่งาน
•Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
จัดระเบียบและดูแลพื้นที่เก็บสินค้าและพื้นที่จัดเก็บ
•Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการจัดส่งและทุกกระบวนการเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าคงคลัง
•Implement and maintain ERP system-based storage in proper location
ใช้งานและบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ ERP อย่างถูกต้องและระบุสินค้าถูกพื้นที่
•Monthly and annual physical inventory counting
ตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังรายเดือนและรายปี
•Monitoring of expired goods
การตรวจสอบสินค้าที่หมดอายุแล้ว
•Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is ser-vices when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is always kept
รักษาคลังสินค้า สินค้า อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักรต่างๆ ให้มั่นใจว่าอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรพร้อมใช้งาน และมีพื้นที่ทำงานที่สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยตลอดเวลา
•Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ
•Ensure that all warehouse operations aligned in a good manner
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินงานในคลังสินค้าทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่ควรจะเป็น•Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or ad-just existing work procedures and practices

•Work according to customs and shipping regulations for the import and export of goods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and supply Chain or in any related fields. (Business administration)
- Experience more than 5 years in manufacturing or Logistics company.
- Have Forklift driving license.
- Able to work in shift.
- Experience background in warehouse management and logistics.
- Good command in English both written and speaking.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word, SAP
- Proactive, Flexible, good attitude, Teamwork, Positive Thinking.
- Good leadership, team oriented, interpersonal skill and work hard.
