Job Descriptions
1. การกำหนดและดำเนินการตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะเวลา 2. การตรวจสอบและมาตรการป้องกันเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดขึ้นซ้ำของความล้มเหลว 3. การระบุมาตรการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันโดยใช้บันทึกการบำรุงรักษาและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประวัติ 4. การดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันตามแนวโน้ม 5. การตรวจสอบและดำเนินการจัดการอาการ 6. การขอสั่งซื้อและการยอมรับชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง 7. การใช้ชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง การจัดการ และกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 8. การบำรุงรักษาและการบำรุงรักษาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่จัดหาสาธารณูปโภค เช่น ไฟฟ้า น้ำ 9. กิจกรรมการจัดการ การบำรุงรักษา และการประหยัดพลังงานของโรงบำบัดน้ำเสีย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า สาขาวิศวกรรมแมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 30 - 38 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี (ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์)
  4. สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ TPS, TPM, MTTR และ MTBF IATF16949,ISO-14001,ISO-45001
  6. เข้าใจโปรแกรม PLC ของ Omron และ Mitsubishi
  7. ถอดประกอบและบำรุงรักษากระบอกลม และวาล์วโซลินอยด์ได้
  8. เคยใช้หุ่นยนต์ Yamaha และ IAI
  9. เข้าใจแบบฮาร์ดแวร์ไฟฟ้า และแผนผังท่อลมไฮดรอลิค
  10. เข้าใจแบบเครื่องกล
  11. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
