Job Descriptions
Our client, a leading global provider of quality management services, is seeking a Site Engineer to work in Rayong. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for all issues related to customer products. - Deliver high-quality service to meet customer and partner expectations. - Continuously follow customer requirements and act as a professional representative. - Plan, manage, and oversee activities related to customer products, including supervision and follow-ups on breakpoints. - Collaborate with host engineers to investigate quality issues and minimize the need for official Quality Reports (QR). - Prepare investigation reports for nonconformities and work to prevent additional quality-related costs. - Develop work instructions, analyze nonconformities, and implement corrective actions for containment activities. - Represent customers in host meetings, presenting 8D reports or action plans as required. - Participate in customer meetings regarding product changes and updates. Report to: Site Manager Start Date: ASAP Package Offer Details: - Basic Salary - Housing Allowance - Annual Leave - Provident Fund (PVD) - Fuel Reimbursement - Medical Insurance - Uniform Provided - IT Equipment: Phone & Laptop - Bonus: Paid in December and March (based on KPI performance) - Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  2. 1-3 years of work experience.
  3. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  4. Experience in quality management (8D reports, root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why).
  5. Technical expertise with at least 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance.
  6. Owns a car and is willing to travel and work abroad (Rayong).
  7. Familiarity with automotive standards, specifications, and quality tools.
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  9. Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
  10. Customer-oriented mindset.
  11. Audit experience.
