Job Descriptions
•Provide end user support such as Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, User Account management etc. •Basis troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. •Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers such as PC, Notebook, Access point, Driver installation etc. •Dispatch and escalate support ticket to the team. •Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Administration, Network Administration, or technical support.
  3. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks are preferred.
  4. Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.
  5. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  6. Ability to organize and prioritize work based on strategic direction.
  7. Service mind and customer centric mindset.
  8. Hard working, self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
