Job Descriptions
- วางแผนบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้าในอาคาร
- ล้างและ PM แอร์ ระบบทำความเย็น อื่นๆ ตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้
- ดำเนินการซ่อมแซม อุปกรณ์ ตามใบแจ้งซ่อมในอาคาร
- ควบคุม บริหารจัดการเอกสาร ด้านการซ่อมบำรุง
- ดำเนินการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ ควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ตรวจสอบอุณหภูมิให้ได้ตามที่กำหนด
- อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปวช.-ปวส. ไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาแอร์ ระบบทำความเย็น ระบบไฟฟ้าในอาคาร
- มีใบประกอบช่างไฟฟ้าในอาคาร ระดับ 1
- มีใบประกอบช่างเครื่องปรับอากาศในบ้านและการพาณิชย์ขนาดเล็ก ระดับ 1
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (Word, Excel, Power point) ได้ดี
- มีใจรักในการบริการและสามารถประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นได้ดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ขยันอดทน พร้อมเรียนรู้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ วิเคราะห์ วางแผนงานได้ดี
