Job Overview: At Gofive, a UX Writer plays a key role in shaping how our customers experience our products. Your work isn’t just behind the scenes—your words will be the voice of the brand, directly impacting how our customers engage with our software. Crafting clear, effective communication is a challenge, especially in the world of software and HR, where specialized terminology is common. We need someone who can take complex ideas and make them easy for everyone to understand. This role is about more than writing—it’s about making sure our message is consistent, precise, and resonates with a diverse audience. You’ll work closely with Product, Development, and C-Level teams to ensure every word contributes to an exceptional user experience. If you’re passionate about using language to solve problems and excited about shaping how people interact with technology, we’d love to have you on our team. Responsibilities: * Write clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for web and app interfaces, including notifications, error messages, feature names, etc. * Develop and refine the company's verbal branding strategy. * Work closely with the Product Team, Developers, and C-Level executives to ensure alignment across all levels. * Conduct product research to improve UX Writing, focusing on user behavior and content effectiveness. * Elevate the user experience through UX Writing and localization efforts, ensuring content meets both user and business needs. * Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms by creating and maintaining content guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficient in both Thai and English, with strong written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
Strong understanding of tech, business, and design, with a passion for technology.
Ability to analyze and make decisions based on data and reasoning.
Passion for content creation and writing.
Experience or understanding of branding, corporate identity, and brand design.
Knowledge of design trends and guidelines for web and mobile apps, such as Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
Understanding of user-centered design and UI.
TOEIC, TOEFL, or IELTS test result is required.
Prior experience and a portfolio as a UX Writer is required.
