Job Descriptions

Research & Development 1.Assist in the development of new food products in alignment with the product launch plan. 2.Prepare ingredient documents, Select raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers. 3.Perform physical and chemical analyses on raw materials and finished products. 4.Assist in modifying existing product formulations to improve quality and performance. 5.Provide technical support and product knowledge to sales and other relevant teams. 6.Ensure compliance with ISO quality system standards and food safety regulations. 7.Perform other duties as assigned by the R&D team or management. 8.Performs the other tasks as per assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Food Science or related fields.
1-2 years of food industry working experience in the areas of product/process development, ingredient research, product formulation, specification development, and other related fields.
Background knowledge in food laboratory process and equipment.
Strong in innovative, Drive for result, familiar in fast faced working environment.
Great problem-solving skills
Ability to pay attention to details
