Job Descriptions1. Define Product Vision & Strategy:
- Set the direction and vision of the product to align with the organization's strategy.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and insights to plan the long-term product development.
- Define product goals and measure them with clear KPIs or OKRs.
2. Manage Product Backlog:
- Continuously create and prioritize the Product Backlog.
- Work with the development team and Business Analysts to write and refine User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done thoroughly.
- Regularly review and update the backlog to align with user feedback and market changes.
3. Collaborate with Development Teams (Cross-functional Collaboration):
- Act as an intermediary between the development team and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of all features and functionalities.
- Participate in Agile activities such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Daily Standups.
- Provide business advice and feedback to the development team to create valuable and usable products.
4. Engage with Stakeholders:
- Gather and analyze requirements from end users, customers, marketing, sales, and executives.
- Prioritize various requirements based on business value and impact on users.
- Communicate product progress and results to stakeholders transparently and consistently.
5. Measure and Improve the Product (Product Evaluation & Iteration):
- Use data from usage analytics, feedback, and A/B testing to analyze the performance of active features.
- Prepare reports and measure product development progress against the set goals.
- Propose ways to improve the product in each iteration or release to increase value for users.
6. Manage Risks:
- Identify potential risks, both technical and business-related.
- Plan for mitigation and coordinate with relevant teams to find solutions or alternatives in operation.
Qualifications - At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related field.
- Understand Agile/Scrum principles and have experience working with an Agile development team.
- Strong ability to analyze business data and user behavior effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to make decisions with a focus on business value and user needs.
- Experience in an industry related to the organization's products will be considered a plus.
