Job Descriptions
- Take care of all functions of HR including company regulations, policy, compensation, benefit and welfare, make sure if all the processes are aomplied with Thai Labour law. - Recruiment process: sourcing, hiring, training, retension - Compensation and benefit : Payroll, Attenadance, Welfare. Summit PND 1, PND 1Kor, SSO, Student loan etc. - Administrative ; take care of general issues in the factory; make sure that all area of the company are in good environment and good condition - Contact with all related goverment organization such as SSO, Industrial Department, Labour Department, Revenue Department. - Support all issue about Visa, Work permit, residance report and 90 Days report for all foreigner. - Other assiged jobs
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, age between 25-40 years old
  2. Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
  3. Good personality and good relationship with another person and strong skill of problem solving
  4. High responsibility and working as team efficiency and Good team player
  5. Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
  6. Experience with new set up company will be advantaged.
  7. Good English skill and computer skill is a must, able to speak Chinese will be advantaged
