Job Descriptions
- Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and assist in resolving product-related issues.
- Coordinate with the development team and other departments to ensure product-market fit.
- Support the creation of technical documentation, product specifications, and sales materials.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience as a Presales Engineer, Smart City Solutions, Consulting Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of products, technologies, or solutions relevant to the company’s industry.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with different departments.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
