Job Descriptions
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. 2. Providing operational support and maintaining computer systems, internet systems and networks. 3. Inspecting and maintaining IT equipment according to the plan to reduce the damage. 4. Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. 5. Monitoring and operating computer and telecommunications systems, including hardware and software. 6. Preparing and operating service requests from customers by scope of the service categories and IT policies. 7. Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
  2. Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in IT Support.
  3. Experience with Window 10-11, MS Active Directory, O365, PC/Notebook Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  4. Experience in healthcare industry would be advantage.
  5. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, network installation and database.
  6. Good verbal and written communication, technical and consultative skills.
  7. Eager to learning new things and keep IT knowledge up to date.
